Welcome to Dimeys.com (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services for booking, renting, and leasing products, including but not limited to baby gear, camping equipment, scooters, and bicycles (collectively, “Products”).
By creating an account, placing a booking, or using our services in the Republic of Turkey or the Republic of Uzbekistan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
“Dimeys”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”: Refers to the operator of Dimeys.com and its local corporate subsidiaries in Turkey and Uzbekistan.
“User”, “Renter”, or “You”: Refers to any individual or entity booking or renting Products via the Platform.
“Rental Period”: The specific duration for which a Product is booked, starting from the scheduled delivery/pickup time until its scheduled return.
To rent high-velocity products (e.g., scooters, e-bikes), you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required by local traffic regulations in your jurisdiction).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Bookings: All bookings are subject to Product availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and a valid payment hold or charge is executed.
Pricing: Rental rates are displayed on the Platform. Prices are subject to local taxes (VAT/KDV in Turkey, VAT in Uzbekistan) based on the location of the transaction.
Security Deposit: We reserve the right to authorize a temporary security hold (deposit) on your credit/debit card before the rental begins. This deposit will be released upon the safe, undamaged return of the Product.
Condition Check: You must inspect the Product upon delivery or pickup. Any pre-existing damage must be reported immediately via the Platform or to our delivery agent. If no damage is reported, the Product is deemed received in perfect working condition.
Proper Use: You agree to use the Product strictly for its intended purpose.
Baby Gear: Must be used strictly following manufacturer weight and safety guidelines.
Scooters/Bikes: Must be ridden using appropriate legal safety gear (helmets) and in strict compliance with local traffic laws.
Camping Gear: Must not be subjected to structural modification or negligent exposure to extreme hazards.
Prohibited Uses: You may not sublease, sell, or allow unauthorized third parties to use the rented equipment.
You are entirely responsible for any deterioration, damage, loss, or theft of the Product during the Rental Period.
In the event of damage, you will be charged for the actual cost of repairs and replacement parts.
In the event of theft or total loss, you will be liable to pay the full current market retail value of the Product. You must file an official police report in the country of occurrence (Turkey or Uzbekistan) and provide a copy to Dimeys within 24 hours of the incident.
Dimeys provides rental equipment “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimeys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, accidents, medical expenses, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of any rented Products.
The Renter explicitly assumes all operational risks associated with outdoor and mobility equipment (scooters, bikes, camping tools).
For Transactions in Turkey: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
For Transactions in Uzbekistan: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Tashkent.
