1. Delivery Guidelines<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Delivery Locations:<\/b> We offer address-specific delivery and drop-offs across designated service zones in Turkey and Uzbekistan. Please verify if your zip code or district is within our active perimeter during checkout.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Delivery Scheduling:<\/b> During checkout, you will select a preferred delivery date and time slot. Our team will make reasonable efforts to meet this window. You or an authorized recipient (above 18) must be present at the address to sign the delivery receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Verification:<\/b> Upon delivery, you may be requested to show a valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID card, or Driving License) matching the name on the rental booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Inspection:<\/b> The rental period begins the moment you accept delivery. Please inspect all items (especially baby gear and mobility items like bikes\/scooters) immediately. If any performance issues are found, inform the courier on the spot.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Return Guidelines<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Punctuality:<\/b> The rental automatically terminates at the exact date and hour specified in your booking confirmation. You must make the item available for pickup or return it to a designated drop point at or before this time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Late Returns:<\/b> If you fail to return the Product on time without arranging a booking extension through the Platform, a Late Fee<\/b> equivalent to the daily rental rate plus a 20% administrative surcharge will be applied for every delayed day or fraction thereof.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Product Condition upon Return:<\/b> * Products must be returned in the same structural condition as received, save for normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n

        Cleaning:<\/i> While we professionally deep-clean and sanitize all gear upon return, items returned with excessive mud, deep stains, or debris requiring professional restoration will incur a specialized cleaning fee of [Insert Amount \/ Local Currency Equivalent]<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        3. Cancellations and Early Returns<\/b><\/h3>\n

          Cancellations:<\/b> * Cancellations made more than 48 hours<\/b> prior to the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n

            Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours<\/b> prior to delivery will receive a 50% refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Cancellations made less than 24 hours<\/b> prior to delivery are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
